White sesame different from black sesame πŸ€”?

Sesame are the name of seeds, also sometimes referred as Gingelly seeds. Locally it is termed as 'til' .

They are available in different colours but today we are going to focus black and white varieties of sesame seeds. Ever thought of this? How are they different? Is is just the colour ?

Black and white sesame may appear similar and have same shape, both have high nutritional value, but there are still some differences to make.
   
WHITE SESAME
It  has more carbohydrate and sodium content than black sesame.
White sesame particularly is a calcium booster, half of daily requirements of calcium is fulfilled by 1/2 cup sesame seeds alone. Isn't it amazing?
